Your data — direct and brief

We didn't write this page for legal formality. It stands on the same principle as all of CoreFlow: numbers and facts, no fog.

What we collect

The only point where we take your personal data directly is the diagnostic form:

  • name and company name;
  • phone number;
  • business information you fill in yourself (revenue range, ad budget, main operational problem).

Analytics, cookies and your consent

On the site we use analytics and marketing tools — Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) and Meta Pixel. Their purpose is to show us which page works and how effective our advertising is.

We operate Consent Mode v2: by default these functions are off. Until you press "Accept" on the relevant banner, no tracking or marketing cookie activates. "Decline" is a full choice — the site works normally, analytics simply won't record your activity.

To measure ad conversion accurately, on form submission a hashed phone number may be passed to Meta server-side (Conversions API), in encrypted (hashed) form only.

What we don't do

Your contact number and business figures are never passed to third parties — not for sale, not for "partner offers". Your business's internal data never becomes our marketing material; every operational case on the site is fully anonymous.

Where data is stored

Form data is stored in Netlify's secure operational system and is accessible only to the CoreFlow team — to prepare the first diagnostic call. Analytics and marketing data are processed directly by Google and Meta on their own platforms.

Your rights

If you want your data fully deleted or your cookie consent changed — write to us via the site form or tell us directly on the working call. We delete immediately, no bureaucracy.
